**** Angels On Wings provides services not products so our company's advantages are only as strong as our care providers. Angels On Wings will focus on hiring a team that has completed an approved PA Home Health Aide training program and more importantly who is flexible, empathic and has previous skill and knowledge in healthcare and working with the medically fragile, disable and elderly community . All care provided will be overseen and managed by a Registered Nurse with 9 years of clinical experience who is licensed to work in CA. RN has working clinical experience in multiple areas of nursing throughout her career, such as Pediatric critical care nursing, Mother/ Baby postpartum home care, Community health, Home Infusion and freelance legal nurse consulting .

*** Angels On Wings provides support at home through assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, meal prep, medication management, assisting in management of care provider appointments, end of life care and further assistance around the home to decrease hospital readmission, doctors office visits, and improve care coordination between medical providers. In addition *** Angels On Wings provides non-emergent share ride medical transportation services as a benefit for our clientele who need to get to and from medical services but have no other means of transportation
